Super Miss Sue, Dublin
This Seafood Restaurant located in the heart of Dublin City Centre was designed for one of Ireland's top restaurateurs and seeks to bring a contemporary twist to the New York style Oyster bar, juxtaposing beton brut concrete interiors with luxurious leathers, terrazzo flooring and dark timber panelling. The design seeks to take full advantage of its corner location, connecting onto the street through a series of 1920's-inspired steel windows.
