Chatham Row, Dublin
This mixed use block in Dublin City provides commercial units on the ground floor and luxury apartments above. The design concept responds to it’s program by using the structural grain to become more dense on the upper floors, providing a public aspect to the street and a more intimate sentiment to the residential units above.
